Struggling along at home, even with a good carer to help you, doesn’t  stop the grass from growing, or the house from needing maintenance. Perhaps you don’t know who you can trust? Your regular handyman has retired? We can find you the right tradesman from a plumber to an electrician or decorator, and on your behalf make sure they do the job to your satisfaction, check the work when it is finished, and if you like we can even double check their bill with you before you pay.

Our support services range from helping you with domestic chores such as shopping or cleaning and laundry, to a full, regular care package. When it comes to personal care, do you need a ‘lifeline’ emergency call facility which requires you to nominate three names and numbers for who will ‘respond’ to your emergency?  If you don’t know who to ask, then we can ‘stand in’ for those friends or family when there is no-one else to take this on.  Just one number – ours – is all you will need to supply to the ‘lifeline’ service, and our team of dedicated carers will respond to your emergency call.

We can respond to most things, from a burst pipe or blown fuse, to a medical crisis.  We charge you an on-going ‘management fee’ and if you call us we’ll come out straight away and deal with everything, whatever the problem.  This is our ‘Peace of Mind’ management package.  We can’t always work miracles so if you call us in the middle of the night we might have to find a temporary solution, and deal with the root cause of the problem in the morning.  There would be an additional hourly charge when you call us out, but we will always do our best to make sure you don’t pay for any longer than is absolutely necessary, and we won’t leave you until you are happy with the outcome.

If your house is suitable, would you prefer to have someone living in with you all the time?  Or would you rather have someone come in to help you regularly every day, or even just from time to time, not on a regular basis but booked ahead for an occasional arrangement when you know you might be going to need some extra help for a short or even one-off occasion?  We will fit in with you and find what suits you.
